This ten-home community at Rocky Top is a realization of my goal to bring truly sustainable living to the Cowiche Valley in Washington State. These homes provide the setting for a way of life that promotes environmental and human health over the long-term. In them, we strive to achieve balance between comfort and beauty, and responsibility. Each individual home is designed for its particular site and features low water use, super- efficient building envelopes, use of renewable energy, local and natural building materials, along with access to healthy lifestyle activities such as hiking and biking trails.
My business and passion are to help people achieve a dream that will last for several lifetimes – a high quality home. Whether it’s for raising a young family or retirement, I use building methods and materials that will endure the ravages of time in a beautiful, comfortable, sustainable way.
